Cancellation Policy
Location Surcharge: Sessions held at locations beyond a 10-minute radius from Point Loma may incur a travel fee. Cancellation Policy: No-shows or last-minute cancellations result in forfeiture of the session. Exceptions apply only for medical emergencies, considered on a case-by-case basis. Unused sessions roll over to the following month; refunds are not provided for services rendered. Session Expiry: All sessions must be utilized within twice the duration needed to complete them. For instance, if scheduling 8 sessions at a rate of 2 per week (totaling 4 weeks), clients have 8 weeks before session expiration. Accommodations may be made for work travel or medical reasons. Transferability: Sessions may be transferred to another individual with Laura's approval. Payment Requirement: Sessions must be paid for in advance of scheduling.
